Our company owner, David Stevens is the jam in our sandwich!

He helps to bring everything together in a collaborative and partnership style relationship which is built on honesty, trust and reliability. He is a qualified CIMA accountant with Fellowship status and has over 19 year's experience.

We are not driven by profits, numbers of placements or any other KPI’s. We are simply motivated and driven to provide an exceptional service and build long standing relationships. All businesses and candidates are different, however, a bespoke approach to each assignment ensures a successful long-term placement.

Finally it’s your career not ours! Therefore, we will treat it with the respect it deserves but take the time to understand your key motivation and how we can ensure that only relevant roles are presented. We do also like to constructively challenge, so the odd curve ball could be presented but please see this as a positive.
