inniAccounts is an innovative online accountancy practice. We're leading the profession by blending cutting-edge technology with a fresh approach to customer service, and we're having fun and winning plenty of awards along the way.

Whilst we're a young company - we're 10 years old and the average age of our team is 29 - we're driven, and successful. We're already in the top 4% of UK accountancy practices, and we've got exciting and ambitious plans to increase our turnover four-fold in the next five years.

We're not your typical accountancy practice. Here at inniAccounts, our team includes customer service experts, marketing professionals and a team of software developers - and, of course, a team of qualified accountants.

Our characterful office is a 10-minute walk from Derby city centre, and from here we support our clients all over the UK.

inniAccounts is a small, friendly and hard-working company. You'll be working alongside a welcoming and talented team, who are always on hand to help you succeed.

We have three main teams: our customer-facing client services team (our accountants and account managers), our customer experience team - who also look after marketing, and our team of software developers.

We have a generous approach to training and development, and you'll find that many of your team-mates are studying for professional qualifications.

We also like to have fun: we celebrate our milestones with pizza parties, we take an afternoon off each year for our summer BBQ, plus we have a brilliant Christmas party each year. All, of course, paid for by the company.
