Truly flexible work/life balance:
We offer a reasonable 33 days holiday per year (25 days + bank holidays) to enjoy the world, recharge and reboot, with the option to buy an additional 5 days. Combined with a flexible working policy where we won’t dictate your hours or micromanage you and an extra 2 volunteering days per year to give back to the community, pursue your passions or use for something you care about, we think we’ve got it pretty good!

Four legged friends:
We have a few resident pooches at Impact HQ who are always up for a walk / play / hugs if you need a break from your day.

Open Office Environment:
We’re based in a stunning grade II listed building in central Manchester, bright open and airy with plenty of 'innovation' spaces to let your creativity roam free. We have a mini library to expand your knowledge of all things digital, not to mention regular social gatherings. We also have free fresh fruit, snacks and craft beer/prosecco on Thursdays and Fridays to end the week!

We’re an energetic, sociable and talented bunch who are super passionate about what we do and determined to make a difference. We’re all in it together, we learn from each other, we’re genuine and we don’t have time for office politics or unrealistic expectations.
