IEG4 enables digital transformation for the public sector that is simply effective. We understand citizens’ ever-changing expectations and that novel approaches to both answering queries and automating service requests are key. Our cloud-based solutions seamlessly integrate with back office systems, and, designed alongside our customers, we make digital services more attractive for citizens to use.

All our solutions are Microsoft Azure Cloud-based enabling go live to be time efficient and without the need for expensive hardware or costly system administration resources. IEG4 has been enabling digital services for the public sector for over 12 years and has a customer base of 80+, which ranges from small district councils to the largest authority in Europe, as well as a number of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).

An innovative and forward thinking team. We do tricky stuff so that our customers don’t need to, and they can focus on other things important to them. In doing the tricky stuff it also makes things easier for our customers customers - so everybody is happy.

We work hard as a team; we have traditional values and reward hard work. We help and support our customers and each other and we continually look to improve in everything we do.

Communication and sharing are key for us – we hold quarterly ‘Lunch & Learn' sessions, carry out employee engagement surveys, send out Team News bulletins and hold an annual company Kick Off. All of which are great opportunities for learning from, sharing with and supporting each other. We have more plans in the pipeline as a team, including contributing in charity and community projects.

Over the years we’ve celebrated our successes - having been Microsoft Partner of the Year and most recently recognised by the Northern Tech Awards as one of the top fastest growing technology companies in the North.
