Formed in 1863, we are a brewer and pub retailer with over 150 years of brewing and hospitality expertise. Located in the creative hub of the North – Media City, Salford.
We are an ideal combination of the traditional and the contemporary. Traditionally brewing ales using state of the art equipment, innovative production techniques and modern ingredients, producing an array of the finest quality craft brewed beers.

We operate in excess of 50 pubs covering managed and tenanted houses along with supplying beers nationally to wholesalers, pub companies and other brewers around the country.

Our geographic footprint ranges from Lancaster in the North to Stoke-on Trent in the Midlands and across to North Wales. The style of our pubs includes a wide selection of the best fine dining destination outlets, craft style bars and traditional community pubs.
