Meet the Hallidays team, we are a friendly bunch who support each other to grow and achieve their goals, so in turn we can support and inspire our clients to do the same. Paul Whitney
Managing Director
Paul became MD in 2019. He heads up our Corporate Finance team and has over 15 years’ experience of mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, business planning and exit planning. He works closely with SMEs to maximise the value of their business and move forward with confidence. Paul spends weekends with his family, cycling and competing in triathlons.

Valerie Wain
Valerie proactively supports a wide range of SMEs and heads up Hallidays Wealth Management. A Member of ICAEW Solicitors Special Interest Group, she has vast experience of supporting solicitors to grow their practices. She became a Director in 2002. Outside work, Valerie enjoys DIY projects and spending time with her family.

Phil Jones
Phil guides clients to achieve their business and personal goals. He focuses on business growth, tax saving, wealth planning and business advisory. Phil’s a straight talker and enjoys open and honest discussions. He advises organisations as a virtual board member. Phil trained with Hallidays, becoming a Director in 2008. Outside work he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
