Working at GTMatrix

Students attending UK boarding schools come from all parts of the UK and the world. GTMatrix ensures that they travel between school and wherever they need to go safely and efficiently. We do this by arranging appropriate transport where needed and through our amazing team of dedicated chaperones who travel with them on school coaches and look after them at Heathrow.

This operation is powered by our own bespoke software, i-gtm, which helps schools to gather and filter all the travel plans and to meet the very strict legislation the governs the care of students in transit.

Our chaperones are fantastic! They choose to work with us because it offers them flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a team of compassionate, like-minded people who enjoy interacting with young people from all over the world. The work is in blocks of days known up to a year in advance, is rewarding and above all enjoyable.

Our team is comprised of retired police officers or services, part-time or retired airline staff, self-employed former professionals and post-maternity high-flyers looking for work on their own terms. All have initiative and are self-motivated.
