Here at Home Instead Senior Care Cardiff & the Vale our mission is to ‘change the face of ageing’.

We have been operating since September 2009 and are a multi- award winning care provider, and winners of the top prize "The Spirit of Care" at the Wales Care Awards 2012.   We are proud to provide high quality home care for over 150 older people in Cardiff, Penarth, Barry & surrounding areas.
The Cardiff Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of a global network of more than 1,000 locally owned and operated offices. We are thrilled to be spreading the Home Instead brand of person-centred home care to people in Cardiff, Penarth, Barry & Dinas Powys.

Home Instead Senior Care are a global brand and the pioneers of relationship led care, helping people to remain at home in familiar surroundings, enjoying a stimulating and enhanced quality of life.  The relationship with the client is at the heart of what we do.  

At Home Instead Senior Care we do things differently:-
• Our Clients are afforded a minimum of one hour visits so there is no rushed care.
• CAREGivers visit their same clients every week

The valued companionship part of our services gives the CAREGiver and the Client time to talk about the things that bring quality of life and enable our clients to feel less isolated.

As a CAREGiver you will be working with people who work ‘The Home Instead Way’, we have values and a culture that make us different. All our CAREGivers receive professional training which is ongoing throughout their employment.
We do the right thing – not the easy thing each CAREGiver’s day is varied as each client has different needs.

Our CAREGivers treat our clients with dignity and respect and want to help them remain living in their own homes where they feel most happy and comfortable.
