Giganet is an exciting full fibre Internet Service Provider (ISP) founded in 2018, offering homes and businesses across the UK a range of future proofed hybrid and full fibre broadband and dedicated internet connections. Giganet runs its own core network in London Docklands, and interconnects with CityFibre, Virgin Media Business, BT?Openreach to name just three of the more than a dozen national fibre infrastructure carriers that are used to deliver connectivity to customers.

In 2020, Giganet launched its Giganet Home brand, which only provides the very best full fibre broadband to residential customers across the UK. Giganet is one of a few, if not the only Openreach wholesaler to take this “full-fibre only” approach. In Salisbury we have unbundled the BT exchange and are offering the lowest price and fastest broadband available to order at over 20,000 homes. Giganet is looking to partner with other full fibre infrastructure providers to deliver retail ISP services.

Giganet is the ISP brand of award-winning M12 Solutions Ltd, founded in 2003, which provides a range of telecommunications services to businesses across the UK from its Whiteley HQ. In 2010 M12 Solutions co-founded Wessex Internet which grew to over 2,200 customers before exiting in 2018. Since 2018, M12 have focused on growing it’s national Giganet brand.
