We’ve been measuring customer experience around the world since 1994. From humble beginnings in New Zealand, two entrepreneurs with belief and determination grew GAPbuster from a local start-up to a global success story.

Today as GBW, we have offices around the world and work in over 100 countries with a team of Customer Experience (CX) experts, whose mission is to help make every-day experiences continually better.

Our expertise ranges from initial programme consultation, through to analytical insights and everything in between.

Who you'll work with

With our Head Office in Australia, and offices located around the world, our European base provides a small close knit office with a team dedicated to client servicing. We're hard working, passionate about what we do, and looking for the newest member of our team to join us at this exciting time.
