Receptionist - PART TIME London 2 ROLES - 28k for 4 days Law Firm. Or 28k for 9am to 2pm Finance Firm Receptionist London vacancies - 2 vacancies. Boutique Financial Services firm in Mayfair AND Law Firm in Bank City Area. Working with one other Receptionist, you will be running the front of house and providing the highest levels of 5* customer service. Previous FOH receptionist experience or cabin crew experience is necessary. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and coordinating with contractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, handling routine tasks and contractor-managed projects. Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security) for all premises. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sustainability, reducing costs and environmental impact. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Train staff in health and safety policies and maintain accurate compliance records.
