What we do
Forecourt Eye work on behalf of petrol retailers to reclaim fuel loss for No Means of Payment and Drive Off incidents.
When customers cannot pay or forget to pay at the time of fuelling their vehicle, administration charges are incurred and chased by the administration team on behalf of the garage.
The role includes managing cases, noting a live system, dealing with customers, actioning appeals and also taking payments.
