Fly Development are a very small technical agency with big ambitions.

Established over 8 years ago and having recently re-branded, we've enjoyed triple-digit revenue growth in each of the last two years and are on a similar trajectory in 2019-20.

Our clients are a healthy mix of effective not-for-profit organisations and private-sector businesses, located in both the UK and Australia. They range from ~£20 million social enterprises, leading Cyber Security firms servicing UK Government contracts and boutique professional services outfits serving blue chip customers like the BBC, Intel and Amazon.

Our primary services cover Websites (designing, building, maintaining, hosting, auditing), Business Technology (e.g. marketing automation, business intelligence dashboards) and Digital Analytics.

Within the next 5 years our mission is to become a Top 100 Independent Agency in our class and have at least an even split between the number of NFP and private-sector clients. We already have the support of top class partners for our ongoing journey and are exciting about growing our internal team with those who share our vision and our principles.
