I have led and delivered a major sales training programme that is now a unique brand within the business, and it feels great to look back on highlights such as this and say I did that! Finally, my team and I are always looking at different ways to disrupt traditional training methods and make it an exciting experience for everyone involved.

Whilst my role covers the UK sales business we are part of a fantastic global business and my role has seen me working with colleagues from across the globe which is a great experience. FLEETCOR is a business that doesn’t stand still and for me it is always offering a new challenge to work through.
