What do we do here?
We built our Contact Centre to help us provide better support for our customers. Here, they stay in touch with us via lots of communication channels, and we help them out with everything from providing travel advice and information, to processing compensation claims and handling complaints. Everyone on the team plays an important part in delivering a brilliant customer experience.
