Incorporated in 1978 F.T.Gearing systems limited are dedicated to supplying precision components and Gear Technology Solutions to the UK and global Defence and Aerospace sector.Our emphasis is on quality precision engineering and complete supply chain solutions on time. Our philosophy in procurring the best available in new technology and investment in technicians with specialized training has enabled us to gain the distinction of supply chain Preferred Supplier to our customers. Our quality policy is deployed through our quality management system which is established , documented and implemented to fully conform to AS900 Rec C and is subject to regular review. Our certificates of Approval include BS EN 9001 :2008 & EN9100:2009 -IAOG (OASIS) . All of which are globally recognized accreditation.

Head office is a purpose built factory with a further five satellite facilities in close proximity each offering cellular manufacturing and QA support. Our comprehensive machining capability enables core parts to be manufactured complete with maximum efficiency in dedicated areas adopting lean manufacturing principles.

Recognizing our environmental and ergonomic commitments all facilities are clean and air conditioned and adhere to the 5s standard principle.This provides a stable platform for our employees and enhances and compliments the working environment. F.T.Gearing demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety and preserving the environment.We adhere to a rigorous health and safety policy to provide a safe and healthy workplace.Re-cycled products are used where ever possible and lubricants and coolants are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.Re-cycling consumables and seperating paper card and plastic is all part of our waste management policy.
