With over 20 residential childrens homes located throughout the country, we uniquely provide local authorities across England with a tailored specialist service they can trust and rely on.
At Esland we work hard to accomplish outstanding outcomes for looked after children by offering a bespoke package of care which provides stability, helps develop resilience and assists the progress of change. Our ultimate goal is for everyone under our care to find themselves on the road to resilience where they are supported by staff to enhance their life opportunities and choices.
Our provisions include homes which cater to a range of different needs from emotional and behavioural difficulties to learning disabilities. We offer individualised packages, varying from our complex needs home which offers one-to-one support to group homes which offer a staffing ratio of 1 member of staff to 2 or 3 children or even crisis camps offering up to 28 days outward bound activity-based programmes.
