Our unique Dementia Support Workers help safeguard vulnerable and distressed patients living with dementia while in hospital. Our close supervision increases safety for all, while reducing falls and enhancing the patients’ experience through pioneering therapies.

Ensign Care are looking to recruit enthusiastic, passionate and caring individuals to work as ward based Dementia Support Worker's or care assistant within the NHS. Ensign Care provide a bespoke service to the NHS to various hospitals across the UK. Our staff support patients living with dementia while they are in hospital.
