Who we are
Christabel Burniston, a true pioneer of oracy, founded ESB in 1953. Her vision was for individuals to learn to communicate clearly in a supportive group. Today, ESB continues to promote the importance of communicating with confidence.

What we do
ESB produces relevant, high quality products which promote clear, effective communication and language skills in the UK and internationally. Our qualifications are regulated by Ofqual and internationally recognised.
