This is challenging, rewarding and exciting work, helping to improve the lives of teenagers leaving care and to prepare them for the next step towards independent living. Your day to day work will vary and could include teaching young people to cook, taking them shopping, accompanying them on activities and to appointments and helping them to manage money. Our aim is to help each of the young people in our care to achieve their potential. You could be working in a small group home or in a one to one setting in locations around the Sheffield and Chesterfield area. No two days will ever be alike!
