ELITE Supported Employment Agency is a registered charity, working with people with disabilities or those at a disadvantage across South, Mid and West Wales.

ELITE supports hundreds of people every year with vocational opportunities, training and employment through to independence. In a nutshell, we help people with disabilities and disadvantage get jobs! We believe that anyone can work, irrespective of their disability, given the right training and support.

Our Mission:
To enable individuals with disabilities or those at a disadvantage, to access, obtain and maintain paid employment via appropriate support.

ELITE Supported Employment uses the Supported Employment model to  to support people with significant disabilities into real jobs, where they can fulfil their employment aspirations, and achieve social and economic inclusion.

It should start from age 14 so that people can have meaningful work experience and Saturday jobs, as part of a person-centred employment pathway. The Supported Employment model can be adapted to suit the support needs of individuals with a range of disabilities or disadvantage. It is an evidence-based and personalised approach
