Growing Our Own
No one likes to stand still and not progress. That’s why the EBM way of life includes investing in our own people and progressing individuals who go the extra mile. We have a passion to develop great team members to extraordinary team players through our internal training and mentoring plans. For those who prove themselves and excel with their personal development, they will have access to external coaching, mentoring, and training plans.

Most importantly we always want to make sure team members feel supported in their roles. Our leadership team uses a coaching and personal development style of management, with the core focus of bringing the best out in people.

 

Our Planet Means a Lot to Us
As a collective team of people, we believe that our business should have the minimum impact on the environment and operate in the most sustainable way possible. In 2015 we rolled out our sustainability road map with ambitious goals for the company to reach. One of those goals was to make our company entirely carbon neutral by 2020. We’re pleased to say that by 2018 we achieved our goal.

In 2019 we took our goals even further and introduced the EBM Green Print Programme. The programme is a new initiative to our customers, offering them a chance to offset their emissions produced by their printing. To date the programme has been a massive success. All offsetting investments go towards supporting community projects such as UK tree planting, solar for schools, biodiversity, and conservation.

 

Ethics are Important
Being a local employer, we want to ensure our local community is supported. We do this several ways including supporting the Witham Community Hub and the Witham branch of Brainwave Children’s Charity. Last year we put together ‘The EBM Cycling Team’ who competed in the ‘Ride for Helen’ for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, raising over £1,000 for a great cause.
