What we do

Dupen Ltd (Formerly Dupen Recruitment Services) was founded in 2001.  We are a small agency, offering tailored recrtuitment solutions to our clients and a personalised service to candidates.  We pride ourselves on a friendly, open and honest approach to recruitment. 

Originally formed as an IT agency, we have further strengthened the relationship with our customers and this has seen us being asked to work on a wide range of roles, across a number of job functions.

We cover recruitment for a range of customers across the UK, with a focus on London and the Southeast.

Working to industry guidelines we will always treat your application with total confidentiality and our dealings with you will be conducted in a professional and ethical manner.

We will take time to understand your personal career requirements and always match our vacancies with care and thought – our reputation is on the line with both clients and candidates!

Once we have targeted the right position for you, we will have an in-depth discussion about the role, the general environment and prospects with the company; essentially providing you with as much pertinent information as we can.

Throughout the selection and recruitment cycle we will keep you up-to-date on the process.

Prior to interview we will help you prepare, giving honest, professional advice, so you are ready on the day.

Post interview, we will provide feedback and further advice on any offer negotiations.
