Key areas include: the formulation, review and amendment of company HR policies to ensure consistency and adherence to best practice and current legislation. Managing ER cases, disciplinary and grievances. Develop comprehensive benefits and rewards package. Conducting annual pay reviews across multi-sites, design job descriptions and carry out effective market pay rate analysis.
