Established in 2009, DRS is a legal and regulatory consultancy with approximately 120 members of staff, operating both on-site and off-site from offices in London and Newcastle.

We are a trusted partner to our clients, including some of the world’s largest banks and asset managers – combining experience and knowledge with an understanding of their business.

Our market leading team is led by our directors who all have extensive legal and industry expertise within financial services. We enable our clients to manage their business critical contracts effectively, assisting in driving both their commercial objectives and legal and regulatory compliance.
