Drees & Sommer UK is a niche project management and facilities management consultancy working predominantly for occupiers of property. Trading as Procore, the company was established in the Netherlands in 1998 and started a UK company in September 2002. The company’s main expertise is working with corporate occupiers, assisting them on a range of property, facilities management and project related matters. Current clients in the UK include Oracle, BBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Monsoon, EDF, Total, RWE npower and Astellas. The company was acquired by the global Drees & Sommer group in May 2017.
