We are a small independent day and boarding school based in Dover, Kent. we attract local, national and international pupils. We teach pupils from Early Years through to Sixth Form (ages 3-18).

The team at Dover College is made up of 110 employees with teaching staff and support staff.

All of our services are offered in-house; catering, transport and cleaning meaning that you'll be working with the same people every day.

We operate an open door policy led by the Headmaster and supported by members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Many of our team members have children at School and there is a sense of community spirit across the whole school.
