Marc is an experienced Head Of Recruitment and training with a demonstrated history of working in the finance, recruitment and marketing industry. Skilled in Risk Management, Banking, Business Development, Business Process Improvement, and Financial Services. Strong human resources professional who has worked within the financial industry for over a decade, from customer service, collections and recoveries.

Marc has worked mainly within the finance and collections sectors over the past decade for numerous brands including Richmond group, Advantage loans, Loan finder, Harvey Sturtt and Amigo Loans.

From 2014 to 2019 Marc was Head of Recruitment and training at DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank and was responsible for expanding the call centre from 5 phone based agents to a 60 strong multi channel contact centre.

Marc was recognised in this time with DJS (UK) Limited and PiggyBank with such awards as UK Employee Experience Awards - 2018, recognised for its approach to providing a more efficient, healthier and energised workforce, CICM British Credit Awards - 2019, with Consumer Call Centre Team of the Year, Best Companies Accreditation - 2019 with an Extraordinary three stars accreditation, Sunday Times Best Companies - 2019 and placed 73rd on the list of ‘Best Small Company to Work For and within the South West of England, DJS (UK) Limited were voted 8th.
