The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) helps employers make safer recruitment decisions each year by processing and issuing DBS checks for England, Wales, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

To support the aim of providing best in class digital services to its customers and enable more agile ways of working, DBS are undertaking a technology transformation, changing the way technology is delivered across the business.

This transformation will see DBS move away from a large, single outsourcing arrangement to a multi-sourcing model, allowing decisions on outsourcing vs insourcing to be made on a service-by-service basis which ensures best value and service are achieved.

To support this activity and build a new in-house technology function, we are recruiting for a number of new opportunities.  You will choose one of two main DBS offices as your main location, in either Liverpool or Darlington.
