Working at D&M UTILITIES LTD

D&M Utilities Ltd performs excavation activities to install, repair and maintain underground assets belonging to utility companies. It currently performs work only within the water sector, but has the skills and aspiration to perform work for other utilities, such as electricity, gas and cable. The organisation currently utilises a mixture of employees and trusted self-employed persons to perform work on its behalf, so-called CIS contractors. However, it is the organisation’s policy to treat all persons working on its behalf as employees, for the purposes of training, supervision and the arrangements as detailed within our IMS.

As we are a relativley small company, we like to think of D&M as a small family and look after all our employees.
