CRT Care Services (Care Relief Team) is a social care organisation covering North East Derbyshire and Matlock. Established in 1985, we have ample experience and expertise in providing high-quality home care and support services to adults and older people. Our services include personal care, shopping, cleaning, social support and outings, medication support/administration and specialist services.

We are the largest provider of home care services in Derbyshire and we are recognised by both the local authority and the Care Quality Commission as providing a high-quality service.

During 2017, CRT became part of a wider group, Clece Care Services (CCS), who opened in the UK in 2013 to maximise the independence, wellbeing and quality of life of individuals in their own home. Clece Care Services (CCS) has entered the UK with the excellent financial backing and aiming to become one of the top providers within the care industry.
