Working at Crossreach

What we do

CrossReach (the Church of Scotland Social Care Council) offers care and support to people in communities across Scotland. Our work is both challenging and exciting and is built upon the Church’s long tradition of providing care and support, dating back to 1869.

Our experience in social care has seen CrossReach develop our services in Adult Care, Children & Family and Older People according to the needs of the communities we work alongside.

CrossReach is a forward thinking organisation that not only offers services to people but also aims to identify existing and emerging areas of need, as well as pioneering new approaches for early intervention and support.

Today we employ almost 2,000 staff in more than 70 individual services, empowering people to pursue their interests and ambitions; and to participate in their communities.
