Senior Software Engineer

Are you a confident, organised, calm and capable PA looking for a new challenge? Are you someone who would enjoy being an integral part of a busy rural office and country minded close knit &quot;family&quot; team? We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Landowner on a beautiful rural estate. This role encompasses both business and personal needs, with additional responsibilities in contributing to the Events business and assisting in the efficient running of the Front Office. Key tasks: * Acting as a first point of contact for Landowner: dealing with email, post correspondence and phone calls. Alerting Landowner to urgent enquiries. * Assisting the Landowner with new and ongoing projects. Skills and experience: Level 2 Plumbing Qualification or equivalentexperience. To ensure installed systems meet the relevant regulatory and industry standards such as Health &amp; Safety and Building regulations. To ensure the company van is looked after to avoid damage or theft. Stock accounted for as it’s installed. Safe keeping of tools and materials left in the van, onsite and stores. To support both the on-site and office team with regular feedback on job progress. To help develop systems and processes for the continued improvement of the staff and business. To maintain the organisation and tidiness of the store and company vehicles. Collaborate in a friendly, courteous and professional manner with customers, contractors, staff and other stakeholders. To supply your own hand tools Use drawings and building specifications to plan and install equipment on site. Filling, flushing and pressure testing pipework systems. Perform inspections and analyse problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair. Choose plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended use of building. Using company software complete and update customer databases, timesheets, invoicing / stock recording systems. Record daily job progress using company messaging system along with photographs and notes. Manage and organise stock in both the van and storeroom to ensure jobs run smoothly with the least time lost to supplier visits. Keep tools in good condition and report damage/loss etc to office. Periodic stock checks Attending training courses where required.
