CIT provide market leading IT support services, and have done for over 25 years; it’s what we do and it’s what we do well. Through our network of six offices, we provide local IT support to over 350 SME clients, but it’s how we deliver it that is most important.

Of course we have the highest levels of technical expertise and accreditations to resolve our client's issues, but we also have a genuine passion for understanding their business, its goals, its challenges. We don’t just fix IT problems, we find ways to improve our client's systems and positively impact on their team and their business.

We will build a service that meets our client's specific needs and priorities. We provide the advice and guidance our client's need to take advantage of technology, and help client's to plan their IT Roadmap for the future, because we plan to be working with our client's for many years to come.

Our purpose is to provide the very best IT support service to our clients, and we know that relies on our people. We’re happy to admit to a healthy obsession with selecting and keeping the right people because we know it makes the difference.

We take what we do for our clients seriously, but we think having some fun along the way is equally important. We have regular social outings, Christmas parties, an Annual Company Conference and numerous fund raising activities for our Charity of the Year. We recently raised over £4,000 for Mencap when 31 of our team took part in Insomnia, our 24 hour gaming event. You can be confident you’ll have fun when you work at CIT.
