We also spoke to Katie Leeder, a multi-site manager, who works within the Defence sector of our business. Katie started out as a Waitress in her local village hotel after leaving school and joined Compass as a Steward, progressing to the role of General Manager.

"In 2021, I took in a multi-site career pathway programme and have now gone on to do a direct pathway, to continue my progression," she says. "In my time at Compass, i've been given lots of training opportunities and I feel like i've been able to develop and grow because they've given me the tools to do so."
