Working at Compass Community

In 2012, several well-established, independent fostering agencies – all judged by Ofsted as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ – joined together to form Compass Community, bringing a wealth of fostering experience and specialist local knowledge to a national level. In 2013 Families For Children joined the Community.

Two of the original Fostering agencies had residential homes and in 2014 all of the homes began operating as Compass Children’s Homes.

Now with 12 residential children's homes and over 10 fostering offices, the Compass Community is established as one of the most recognisable and respected children's organisations in the country.
