Community Motors is a social enterprise offering car servicing, MOT and repair, alongside providing training to young people.

 We are committed to providing honesty, integrity and trust in all our services, and we want to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their experience. All our work is guaranteed, and carried out by qualified and experienced technicians using the latest equipment.

 As a social enterprise we have a responsibility to set an example to the young people we work with by showing them how to provide an outstanding and professional service to our customers.

Making a real and lasting difference in the lives of young people is only possible with the help of people like our staff.

We aim to operate within an ethical framework for all our services, providing clear and consistent advice, value for money, and seeking the overall good of the community in all we do. Our Ethos Statement sets out this framework and is given to all our staff when they start working with us.

Every CIC has to have an agreed Community Interest Statement which explains what the organisation plans to do. In our case, we aim to benefit the local community, in particular young people, disadvantaged groups and local vehicle owners. We achieve this by providing servicing and repairs to the public on all makes of cars and light vans, whilst offering young people the chance to gain real-world experience in a professional working environment.
