Working at CM Community Care Services Ltd

CM Community Care Services Ltd has 6 branches across the country. We provide care and services to clients of many differing levels of needs. 

We have consecutively been rated “Good” across all five categories with CQC.

We have an underlying ethos to promote independence and reduce the need for long term care but we would still require workers to undertake various tasks for clients such as; washing, dressing, proving meals, administering medication, companionship and general assistance with every day living for those who are unable to physically manage these themselves.

Your days are varied and never dull, it can be sometimes quite fast paced and all our carers love being out in the community meeting new people, bringing light into people’s lives and being able to make a difference.

Our carers work within a team in designated areas, sometimes you may be lone working for our more independent clients and other times you will be paired up as a double team to care for our clients with more complex needs
