You will work with a dedidcated team, of which most have been at Clubhouse Golf for a long period of time. Team work is paromount and staff are there to support each other along with senior members and directors who enage with staff daily.

Many of our staff have a passion for golf but this is not nessesarily required to suceed in our company. We have staff members who do not play golf and have progressed exceptionally well throughout their career so far. We always aim to promote from within and as our company has expanded from less than 10 employees 5 years ago, certain staff have seen career progression on multiple levels.

We aim to provide a good working enviroment and ensure that work life balance is retained. As an ecommerce business, we have resisted the need for 24/7 working hours and operate on a Monday-Friday basis from 8.30am-5.30pm. All staff recieve a full holiday allowance and if you are a golfer there is staff discount available on our products.
