What we do

Clover Consulting has two distinct divisions.  One is a specialist property division which cover the South and East of England.  The other is a generalist commercial division which assists with recruitment needs specific to Norfolk.  

We use bespoke, closely monitored hand holding assistance to talent looking to take their next career step, whatever their driver might be.  

We work with businesses who trust us to locate new staff for them and at times we also work on very specific roles to assist with clients growth.

We believe in ethical recruitment practices and offer an out of hours service for those who struggle to talk in the working day.

Who you'll work with

Our business employs experienced individuals who have the autonomy to work flexi hours in a relaxed environment.  We dont work to KPIs, simply we trust each consultant to meet a set income figure each quarter.  We trust our employees to meet this comfortably using their own initiative and experience, although we also provide as much or as little support as necessary.

With uncapped earning potential, we do reward greatly for those who are driven and career focused.  We also offer opportunities to experienced individuals who may want home working or part time hours.
