- Training and Competency Supervisor - Midlands Based - c. 65,000 Bonus Our client, a leading wealth management firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to their clients, are looking for a T&amp;C Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in upholding and enhancing the quality and capability of their adviser population. The T&amp;C Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the development, supervision, and ongoing competence of their financial advisers. You’ll ensure regulatory standards are met while fostering a culture of professional excellence. This role is central to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of their advice model through proactive supervision and structured training. Role &amp; Responsibilities: Supervise and support a portfolio of advisers in line with the firm’s T&amp;C scheme and FCA requirements. Conduct observations, one-to-one coaching, and formal assessments of advisers. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators to identify training needs or areas requiring development. Lead induction training for new advisers and provide ongoing development support. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Learning &amp; Development teams to ensure robust governance and continuous improvement of the T&amp;C framework. Provide regular MI reporting and contribute to internal audit and regulatory reviews. Promote a culture of ethical advice and continuous learning across the adviser community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial advising, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be instrumental in helping clients build, preserve, and manage their wealth through comprehensive financial planning strategies. Role &amp; Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial advice tailored to individual client needs Develop long-term relationships with clients, built on trust and consistent performance Conduct in-depth financial assessments and risk analysis Create, present, and implement customised financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning. Monitor clients’ financial situations and make adjustments as needed Stay current with market trends, regulatory updates, and new financial products Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals Do you have the following to apply? As a File Reviewer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining their high standards of regulatory compliance and client care. You will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of client files to assess suitability, quality of advice, and adherence to FCA regulations. Role &amp; Responsibilities: Conduct pre- and post-sale reviews of client files to ensure advice suitability and regulatory compliance Identify and flag potential risks or areas for improvement Provide constructive feedback to advisers in a supportive and professional manner Keep up-to-date with FCA regulations and internal policies Contribute to the development and delivery of internal training as required Maintain accurate records of all reviews and follow-up actions Do you have the following to apply?
