Clarendon Well Being House offers a unique service of the provision of a premier home for those with learning disabilities. Market research indicates that there is a significant need for a quality home from home provision for those with learning disabilities within our communities and within this region of London, we believe that by employing competent and well-educated support staff and providing them with organized and responsive management in the form of an experienced Registered Manager we can become the learning disability home of choice of choice in the Region.

Our clients will be those individuals and families in need of a safe home environment akin to a typical residence, where they can feel safe and enjoy a quality of life that is both fulfilling and satisfying. Our clients are usually referred by other health care professionals, or, from local authorities through a tendering and vetting process. Our home has already developed an excellent reputation with many healthcare professionals, through the work of our Director, who have been providing information about our home through presentations and networking, we have made ourselves visable to the community via marketing tools and personal interactions.

It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients and their families. Each staff member will meet the educational and training requirements for the services they provide in line with CQC requirements and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations 18 & 19. We encourage and support continued education of each staff member. In turn, our organisation will provide staff with, an inviting work environment, and knowledgeable, trustworthy management and direction.
