Cityfield Recruitment was founded in 2009 and is an independent recruitment business. Since the company started trading we have successfully recruited and supplied temporary and permanent staff across a wide-range of disciplines and sectors, including - GLA Regulated, Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial industries.

Our focus is both clients and candidates without one or the other we cannot exist. We listen, evaluate, and execute the best solution when it comes to providing the right service level for clients as well as searching and matching the right positions for candidates – we always deliver a quality service with professionalism and enthusiasm.

To keep ahead of our competition we are members of the Institute of Recruiters (IOR), and the Association of Labour Providers (ALP), we are also licenced by The Gangmasters Licencing Authority (GLA) - CFRE0001. Cityfield managers regularly attend seminars and workshops to keep up to date with industry compliance and changes that are imposed, as well as staying fully up to date and compliant with the new Agency Workers Regulations - AWR.
