Working at Chesterfield House Management

We are a self-managed block of 105 flats located in Central Mayfair, with a staff of 8 porters, a maintenance engineer, a part-time book keeper and a General Manager. We are very security conscious for our lessees and residents, and are also a very close knit family. The staff that are here have been here many years so we are looking for someone who would like to join our unit. We often socialise outside work but this is of coure not mandatory. We would look for someone who is able to work under their own initiative but to also be customer facing and able to fit in.

You would report to the General Manager in the first instance, and to the Board in the second instance. You will also more than likely be speaking with the porters on duty when you come in and when you leave, or during breaks.
