We opened our doors back in 1994. Following many years of working within corporate and independent Estate Agencies, we had a simple but important goal. We were determined that Chase Buchanan would be, “Not just another Estate Agent!” 

We would be different; responsible; part of the community. We’d set ourselves apart by the people we employ and the quality of the service we provide. Our business would be built on reputation, trust and recommendation. We weren’t striving for world domination, we just wanted to make certain that we gave our customers and clients the very best standards of professionalism and local knowledge. Everything else should then fall into place. To achieve this we had to immerse ourselves in the local community and make sure we had some of the best people in the industry working alongside us.

We are immensely proud of the quality of our team. Even though we’ve grown from just 3 people to over 60, we’re still able to provide the personal service that people need when they’re moving home. No call centres. No outsourcing. No dumbing-down. Just an ongoing commitment, each and every day.
