Charles Cameron & Associates are London-based, Independent mortgage brokers.

CC&A was launched in March 2004 by Simon Nimmo & Peter Smith, both of whom have over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. The company has grown from a brokerage with 6 advisers to becoming one of the leading brokerages in London, with over 60 mortgage advisers supported by a dedicated mortgage administration department.

At CC&A, our mortgage brokers can advise clients on Residential and Buy To Let mortgages and remortgages, as well as Bridging Finance, Commercial, Second Charge Mortgages and Secured Lending. We are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Employee Benefits - Corporate Financial Wellness Service

A large proportion of our clients are introduced to us via Employee Benefits scheme referrals. We work with HR & Benefits Teams to offer employees, partners and associates fee-free mortgage advice services, including individual meetings in their workplace and educational seminar sessions. The partner organisation bears none of the cost, incurs no risk and does not suffer any additional workload. By the end of 2007, CC&A had established relationships with 10 business partners. This grew to 16 in 2011 and 20 in 2013. By the end of 2015, CC&A were working with the benefits and HR teams of 57 partners to offer their employees a mortgage advice service, over 70 in 2016 and 125 in 2017. This has now increased to over 145 partners, including Technology giants, Global Law Forms, Investment Banks and many other industry leaders.

We also have active relationships with private banks and wealth management companies as well as other professional introducers such as property search agents, accountants, solicitors, trust companies and estate agents.
