Requirements for a candidate:

work experience in the gaming industry for at least two years;
experience of successfully implemented game projects in the F2P genre (at least one game)
understanding the principles of balancing and monetizing Free-to-play projects, understanding the psychology of players;
the ability to correctly formulate and convey your thoughts;
the presence of artistic taste;
