Caretref Homes (Uk) Ltd. are based in Sittingbourne, Kent. We provide both residential and supported living services for people with intellectual disabilities in the local area. We have grown slowly over the last 20 years and have developed expertise in helping people with complex needs be part of their community. This includes those who may have forensic histories.

We do this by ensuring the service user is central to their care and support plans using person centred support and the principles of positive behaviour support. Our success in supporting people with these needs has led to us being acknowledged as a provider of "high specialist" services and being asked to develop new services for complex individuals.

You will work closely with your team of support workers to deliver the high quality care, communicating your vision, methods and high standards that you expect. 

You will also be working with a team of professionals from local health and social care authorities to ensure that their is a common purpose and direction to the care and support being offered to our service users.

You will have support from senior managers of the company who believe the quality and ethos of our services are set and delivered by the managers of those services.
