We are a Domiciliary and Support Living Services within the Halesowen, Oldbury and Dudley Area.

 

We provide care within people's homes between 6.45am and 10.30pm 365 days a week. This can include personal care, Medication support, Meals preparation and supporting people with evry day living within their own home.  

Our supported living which we have 5 homes have day and night staff to cover 24hrs per day 365 days a year. We provide support to people with Learning disabilities, Autisim and mental health needs.

We believe that service users have the right to be treated with kindness and respect within their own home, that their care delivery is person centered. It is essential that all our staff are aware that the dignity and respect of all our service users is upheld and ensured this is carried out through all care delivery.

Within our supported Living homes, service users are able to be supported with personal care, access the community to participate in activities or appointments. Medication support and managing behaviours positively.

All our care and support workers are assigned set days which include 1 day at the weekend, with exception to the bank workers employed. This allows both staff and Service users to have routine days.

We welcome both experienced and new staff into our company, as full training is provided to the right candidate who wants to learn and work in this field.

 

 

 

Support Staff are likely to work within a team at one location, and there is a team leader in each supported living house, to support and guide you.
