¡VAMOS DE TAPAS!
In Spanish culture, ¡VAMOS DE TAPAS! or LET’ S GO FOR TAPAS! is about enjoying the company of friends and family, having fun, visiting lively bars, having a few drinks and eating delicious tapas. For our founder Richard, Camino was inspired by a road trip through Spain, where the people and the lifestyle left a lasting impression. This life-changing journey continues by bringing the essence of Spanish tapas culture to London.

Big Chill started as a boutique festival, bringing good people, good times and good music together. Way back in 2004 the party was moved indoors, Big Chill Bar was born and the party lives on.
We are a place to drink, eat, work and play, whether you are looking for a laid-back afternoon with a laptop and latte or a night of cocktails and conversation, we cater for all occasions, providing quality craft drinks, seriously good burgers from resident foodie maestros Chuck Burger and friendly table service. www.bigchillbar.com
We’re always on the look-out for warm, friendly people with loads of energy, and a genuine passion for what we do. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere working with great people then Camino & Big Chill is the place for you.
We have a fantastic training and development programme for all new starters and offer competitive pay, incentives, industry standard hospitality qualifications and most importantly, lots of fun! The biggest compliment we get is from staff telling us they regard working here as being part of a family.
Camino & Big Chill are proud of having a talented workforce and attracting applicants of different ages, genders, backgrounds and nationalities for all roles within our diverse restaurants and bars. We remain committed to attracting and retaining the strongest talent at all levels, with the best candidates securing their roles for all the right reasons. We have never had a gender pay gap. We strive to help everyone who works with us do well, and have only ever paid people fairly and equally for doing equivalent jobs, only according to their ability and nothing els
